Pension Grol is located just 100 meters from the charming center of Renesse, with its numerous shops and restaurants. A 15-minute walk will take you to the expansive North Sea beach. Here, you can enjoy swimming in the sea or take a long walk along the miles of beach and through the vast dunes.

On Schouwen-Duiveland, you can also enjoy beautiful cycling trips through the dunes, along the Oosterschelde, or through one of the many historic villages. Bicycles are available for rent at “Fixabike” bicycle rentals in the center of Renesse. Our guesthouse offers the possibility to store your bicycle in our bicycle shed. We also provide a cycling map of the island of Schouwen-Duiveland, which you may use free of charge during your stay.

The Delta Expo, “Waterland Neeltje Jans,” is located just a 15-minute drive from Renesse. The surfing paradise and nature reserve De Grevelingen can also be reached within fifteen minutes. The beautiful historic cities of Zierikzee, Veere, and Middelburg are certainly worth a visit.
